Guidelines for Child & Parents

For Students

  • You must bring the diary to school daily.
  • Make it a point to bring the books and note books as per time table.
  • Try to be careful about your stationary and don't misplace them too often.
  • Come to school in neat and clean uniform and polished shoes.
  • Keep the nails short and clean, your teacher will check them every Monday.
  • Reach the school five minutes before assembly bell.
  • Don't shout or run in the school corridor.
  • Be helpful and kind to your school mates.
  • Don't miss the school till it is very urgent to do so.
  • Greet your teachers and friends wherever you meet them.

For Parents

  • All Parents should check & sign the diaries daily.
  • All Parents should send the children to school in neat and clean clothing.
  • Please ensure that the child's hair is free of lice, dandruff, dirt & excessive oil.
  • Parents should also see that their child's nails are short and clean. Nail polish is strictly prohibited.
  • Parents should see also that their ward do not bring more than a rupee or two to the school on any day.
  • All Parents must pick up the results on the notified day and in time. In case any parents can not come on the day given, they must inform the school in writing and collect it on the next date form the office.
  • Parents can contact the concerned subject teachers between 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m only on Saturday.
  • Collection and distribution of the lunch packets and other articles is not responsibility of the school.
  • Second Saturday will be off every month.

Kind Attention :- Parents

  • Photograph & Signature of Mother/Father/Parents in School Diary is must.
  • If any student has to go home due to unbearable cause after joining school, He/She may be allowed to go with Mother/ Father/Parents whose photographs are in the school Diary. Please avoid to send your ward to school if he/she is ill.
  • For newly Admitted students it is essential to deposit transfer certificate with in 10 days.
  • Parents are requested to inform in writing Mobile Number/Address, if it has changed.
  • All Parents have to join PTM held after different Exams in the school, it is necessary.
  • For the development of Personality, Parents are requested to take care of Uniforms, Nails and Hair of their wards.
  • All Parents are requested to Deposit School fee between 1st to 10th of every month after 10th fee will be deposited on 15th, 20th, 25th or 30th date with late fee. It is essential to pay late fee also if fee is deposit after 10 of the month. Please deposit in bank directly No need to meet in office. Mention Name, class & Section on fee slip clearly. If fee for due month is not deposited till 30th of that month name of student will be struck off.
  • No student is allowed to take Scooter/Motor Cycle/Moped/Mobile with them in School Premises.
  • Every Students have Tie/ Belt/ I-Card/ House Badge with them.
  • School timing since April to October is 7:30 to 1:00. So students and teachers should reach school timely at 7:20, And timing since November to March is 7:50 to 1:30. So students and teachers should reach school by 7:50 other wise gate will be closed.
  • Parents may be allowed to meet Teacher/Subject Teacher only on Saturday with the permission of Principal.
  • Time for Meeting with Principal is 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. only.
  • If student wants to leave due to any cause He or she has to apply for T.C. between 23 march to 30 march, otherwise 50% fee of session to be paid.

Important

  • A child long leave of absence on medical ground should be supported by the submission of certificate of illness from a R.M.P.
  • No leave of absence is granted except on a prior application from parents or guardian mentioning possible reasons.
  • An entry must be made in diary by class teacher when a child returns.
  • A child returning to school after suffering from any infection of contagious diseases should produce a doctor's certificate permitting him/her attend the school (i.e fitness certificate).
  • Students suffering from the following diseases must observe the prescribed quarantine before returning to their classes or for appearing in any examination or test.
    • Chicken Pox : Till complete falling of scabs.
    • Cholera : Till the child had completely recovered
    • Measles - When the swelling has gone
      (about one month)
    • Whooping Cough - Six week

Parents are advised to ensure that their children are inoculated/ vaccinated in time.
